Actions
WP1 Project management and coordination. GRFU will be leading the WP. The personnel of the Green Fund and the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will be staffing the project management mechanisms, while Regional Contact Points may participate as observers and involve on an ad hoc basis when implementing activities in their jurisdiction. The Green Fund and the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will define and specify the appropriate mechanisms and processes, that will be established to maintain a high-quality level in the whole project structure and outcome.
WP2 Activities addressing the low participation and the ineffective participation rate of different types of applicants. The Green Fund will provide technical and administrative leadership of the WP, while the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will provide data and lead administratively the task actions on upgrading National Contact Points services. The Regional Contact Points will be involved in the actions aimed at increasing the use of SIPs and SNAPs.
WP3 Communication and Raising awareness activities. The Green Fund will provide technical and administrative leadership of the WP, while the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will provide data linked to raising awareness and the targeted groups in relation to the communication campaigns. The Regional Contact Points will be involved in the targeted and tailor-made communication campaigns on the LIFE Programme.
WP4 Sustainability, replication and exploitation of project results. The Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will provide leadership of the WP. The Green Fund in collaboration with the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy will define and specify the appropriate sustainability, replication and exploitation mechanisms and processes, to maintain a high-quality level of outcomes. The Regional Contact Points will be involved in the action related to the sustainability strategy.
