Dimitris Banousis is an environmental policy consultant specialized in terrestrial and maritime spatial planning. He has worked with Local Government and Civil Society entities on designing, implementing and monitoring national and EU funded environmental projects. He is a graduate engineer in Spatial and Urban Planning and Regional Development, a holder of the Master’s Degree in Environmental Governance and Sustainable Development (Jean Monnet Programme) and a PhD (c) of the Panteion University’s Department of International and Regional Studies. He is a researcher at the European Center for Environmental Research and Training.
